Ralgro Implants for Cattle 24 Dose

Stimulate weight gain and improve feed efficiency in cattle with Ralgro Zeranol Implants from Merck Animal Health. Zeranol stimulates the pituitary gland of the animal to produce increased amounts of somatotropin, the animal’s own natural growth-promoting agent. Zeranol is not an estrogen, which is found in other implants.

Increases rate of weight gain and improves feed conversion of weaned beef calves, growing beef cattle, feedlot steers and feedlot heifers. Also increases rate of weight gain of suckling beef calves. The active ingredient, Zeranol, stimulates the animal’s own natural growth system.

Ralgro Implants are packaged in round cartridges containing 24 doses. Each dose is 3 small pellets containing a total of 36 mg of Zeranol. The dose is the same for heifers, steers and calves.

Ralgro is for calves, stockers & feedlot cattle. Approximately 70 effective days.
