KONG® WOBBLER Small Fillable Dog Toy

The wobble motion is genuinely unpredictable, which keeps my small terrier chasing it across the kitchen floor for a solid twenty minutes. It's sturdy enough that even his excited pounces haven't cracked it, and the opening holds a decent amount of kibble for a slow-dispensing challenge.

My dog figured out how to nudge this with his nose in about five minutes, and now he spends ages chasing it around the kitchen for the kibble that falls out. It’s sturdy enough that it doesn’t tip over too easily, which keeps him engaged without getting frustrated.
